Premium Misbaha & Tesbih — Every piece is singular
Khan el-Khalili has been Cairo's great bazaar since the Mamluk era — a labyrinth of narrow alleys where goldsmiths, spice merchants, and stone traders have gathered for over six centuries. The air smells of oud and cold mineral.
Every piece in the habb collection is sourced here by hand. We walk the same corridors, examining each stone the same way it has always been done — held to the light, weighed in the palm, felt for its surface and balance. Nothing is ordered online. Nothing arrives in bulk.

A misbaha is not assembled — it is composed. From initial stone selection through to final stringing and knotting, every stage requires a practiced hand and an unhurried eye. The result is an object with true weight and presence, designed to last a lifetime.
Each bead is chosen individually from Cairo's stone dealers. Colour, translucency, weight, and surface texture are all considered by hand.
Beads for a single strand are matched for consistency of size and tone, while preserving the natural variation that makes each piece unique.
99 beads are strung on durable cord with hand-finished silver-toned disc spacers and an imamah bead marking the starting point.
Each finished misbaha is inspected and handled before it leaves. If the weight or drape is off, it is redone.
